In addition to the production of radiators, Lipovica also produces various castings using high-pressure technologies. At the request of the customer, we offer the production of molds for castings, we cast castings and process them to a high degree of completion. In addition to the actual production of aluminum castings, our experts are also available after the execution of the casting production service.
We have pressure machines with a closing force of 90 to 1100 t, which enable the casting of the most complex shapes of castings which is also confirmed by its long-standing presence on the market.
Lipovica produces aluminum castings that are used in the automotive industry, electrical engineering, furniture manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding, military and other industries. Castings are produced using die casting technology, the stages of which include casting, trimming, sandblasting, CNC geometric inspection, fine reworking, quality control and packaging.
Our experts have many years of experience in the production of heatsinks that are also used by renowned global manufacturers of luxury cars. The trained Lipovica team, well acquainted with IATF standards, plays a major role in dynamic production that quickly and efficiently adapts to the wishes and needs of the customer.
When designing the foundry and producing castings, the impact on the environment was strictly taken into account. All systems used in the foundry are of a closed type, and waste heat from the casting process can be returned to the foundry area.
